Website Implementation

B2B Website Design and Development

A strategy-led WordPress website implementation for established B2B service businesses with a clear offer, defined audiences and evidence about what the website needs to do.

ExpressBrand Studio leads the strategy, architecture, copy, technical SEO, creative direction and full implementation process, bringing in specialists for wireframes, visual design, development and integrations.

A Website Redesign Should Not Start With Design

Most redesigns begin with a page list and visual preferences. That leaves the most important questions unanswered: what is not working now, what buyers need to understand, and what the website must help them do next.

If you already have a website, the Website Experience Audit normally comes first. It reviews what your site says, how visitors move through it and how it performs technically. If the findings point to a rebuild, the report becomes the strategic brief for Website Implementation.

If targeted improvements are the better answer, you leave with a prioritized plan instead of paying for a website you do not need.

Start From the Work You Have Already Done

You already have a website

Begin with the Website Experience Audit. The audit determines whether a rebuild is warranted and identifies the messaging, user-experience and technical priorities the new website must address.

You are building a new website

You may be ready to discuss implementation directly if your offer, audiences, positioning, messaging, visual identity and website goals are already defined and supported by adequate research.

When B2B Website Design and Development Is the Right Next Step

THIS IS A STRONG FIT IF

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

This Work Begins After the Foundation Is Clear

Website Implementation turns an approved foundation into a working website. It is not where the foundation gets invented along the way.

Website Implementation

RESTS ON FIVE APPROVED FOUNDATIONS

01

Offer and priority audiences

What you sell, who it is for and what is outside the offer are clearly defined.

02

Positioning and core messaging

The business can explain why buyers should choose it, using language the website can apply consistently.

03

Visual identity

The logo, colors, typography and basic visual direction are approved and ready to use.

04

Website goals and primary call to action

The role of the website and the next step it should support are agreed before pages are planned.

05

Research or diagnostic evidence

An existing website has been audited, or a new website has an adequate research brief to guide the build.

These are prerequisites, not tasks that are quietly added to the website project. If something is missing, we identify and scope that work separately before implementation begins.

One Point of Contact From Creative Brief Through Launch

Website projects become fragmented when strategy, copy, design and development are managed as separate assignments. ExpressBrand Studio keeps those decisions connected from the first page outline through final quality assurance.

What's Included

Each engagement receives a custom scope. A standard Website Implementation engagement typically begins with up to 10 core pages and includes the following.

Project definition and creative brief

We translate the approved research, business goals and website requirements into a shared project brief.

Website strategy and architecture

A sitemap, page hierarchy and visitor paths built around what buyers need to understand and do.

New website copy

New copy for the approved pages, written from the defined offer, audiences, positioning and messaging.

Wireframes

Structural page layouts that establish content hierarchy and flow before visual design begins.

Custom visual design

Desktop and mobile designs based on the approved visual identity and page content.

WordPress development

Responsive page development in WordPress, built so the client or support provider can manage routine updates after launch.

Technical SEO foundation

Search-friendly page structure, metadata, schema where appropriate, image optimization, redirects when needed and foundational performance configuration.

Forms, analytics and basic integrations

Website forms, basic CRM routing, analytics and agreed conversion tracking configured as part of the build.

Testing and launch

Cross-device and browser testing, final proofreading, production quality assurance and launch coordination.

Training, handoff and post-launch support

Recorded training, administrator handoff, verification of key forms and tracking, and 30 days of troubleshooting for implementation-related issues.

After Launch, the Website Moves Into Your Hands

Website Implementation is designed to end with a clear handoff, not an open-ended retainer.

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, SEO, content and optimization are not included in the Website Implementation engagement and are contracted separately when needed.

Investment & Availability

Website Implementation engagements typically begin at $20,000. Final investment is based on page count, copy requirements, integrations, technical complexity, stakeholder and approval requirements, asset sourcing, custom graphics and content migration.

The $3,000 Website Experience Audit is a separate engagement. It delivers a complete diagnosis and prioritized plan whether or not you continue into Website Implementation, so the audit fee is not credited toward the build.

Because Michelle personally leads the strategy, copy and creative direction for every implementation, ExpressBrand Studio accepts a limited number of website projects at one time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the Website Experience Audit first?

If you already have a website, usually yes. The audit determines whether a rebuild is necessary and identifies what the new website must address. Exceptions may be made when you already have equivalent current research.

You may be able to begin with a Website Implementation conversation if your offer, audiences, positioning, messaging, visual identity, website goals and primary call to action are already defined.

Website Implementation is primarily built in WordPress. If your project requires ecommerce, a custom application or another specialized platform, we will tell you whether a referral is the better fit.

Not inside the Website Implementation scope. If your offer, audiences, positioning, messaging or visual identity are not ready, that work must be completed and scoped separately before implementation begins.

Michelle Richard leads the strategy, architecture, copy, technical SEO, creative direction and client communication. ExpressBrand Studio manages specialist support for wireframes, visual design, WordPress development and integrations, along with internal quality assurance.

Most engagements take approximately 16 weeks from kickoff through the post-launch review. The schedule depends on the final scope and timely access to assets, feedback and approvals.

You receive training, administrator access, a post-launch review and 30 days of troubleshooting for implementation-related issues. Ongoing hosting, maintenance and technical updates can transition to a separate support provider.

No. The audit is a separate $3,000 research engagement with its own report, presentation, prioritized plan and rebuild-or-refine recommendation. Its value stands on its own, regardless of who completes the implementation.
